Im August 2021 erwarb Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (GBL) für 266 Mio. EUR (370 Mio. USD) einen 16%-Anteil und bewertete Voodoo damit bei rund 1,7 Mrd. EUR (etwa 1,8 Mrd. USD). 2024 erzielte Voodoo 623 Mio. EUR Umsatz (+20% YoY) und übernahm im Juni 2024 die Foto-App BeReal für 500 Mio. EUR. EBITDA 2024: 135 Mio. EUR.
